  • Rosie Radford, PT, DPT, BCB-PMD

    Received her bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Illinois, Chicago and her doctorate in physical therapy from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. In 2014, Rosie founded Northwest Wellness Group in Arlington Heights to fill a growing need for specialized pelvic floor physical therapy. The clinic focuses on physical therapy for the postpartum and pregnant population, as well as pelvic and abdominal pain, bowel and bladder issues in both men, women, and children, and sexual dysfunction for all genders. She loves the momentum and intrigue this newer area of PT provides for healthcare.

  • Karla Wente, PT, DPT, WCS, CLT

    Passionate provider of women's health and pelvic health and absolutely loves helping women postpartum. She conceived of the idea for The First Six Weeks program after many years of treating women who reported feeling "lost" and "helpless" during that immediate time postpartum. She has served in leadership roles in the Academy of Pelvic Health, receiving the prestigious Volunteer of the Year award in 2020. Currently pursuing her PhD in Health Sciences, with research focusing on midlife women's sexual and urinary function.

  • Katie Ruebush, PT, DPT

    Graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis and completed a clinical rotation in women's health at Rush Hospital in Chicago. She earned a B.S. in Exercise Science and a B.S. in Human Performance and Fitness from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa, where she received the Major of the Year award. She also recently completed an M.B.A. from Louisiana State University. As a lifelong athlete and now mother, she enjoys helping clients reach their personal goals of returning to their activities of daily living, hobbies and exercise routines after injuries, surgeries or childbirth.

  • Nicole Thurow, DPT, WCS

    Earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology (2014) and Doctorate of Physical Therapy (2016) at Marquette University. She completed an internship and independent study in Women’s Health Physical Therapy while at Marquette and continued education through the American Physical Therapy Association’s (APTA) Section on Women’s Health (SOWH) and Herman and Wallace Institute. In 2018, Nicole completed a Women’s Health Residency Program at Loyola University Medical Center and is one of only 489 American Board of Physical Therapist board certified Women’s Health Clinical Specialists (WCS). She strives to continuously be up to date with optimal treatment strategies with continuing education.

  • Deanna Jones, PT, DPT

    Received both her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science (2005) and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (2007) at Marquette University. For nearly a decade, she has worked in orthopedic settings and has focused on Women’s Health and pelvic floor dysfunction. She has completed specialized training through the Herman and Wallace Institute and continues to regularly attend courses to further her knowledge. She looks at the whole body and its effects on the pelvic floor. Deanna enjoys reaching out to the community at various events, studios, and clinics to spread the word about pelvic health. She believes strongly that people should not be ashamed to talk about their issues! Mom of 3 (including twins).

  • Ana Stefaniuk, MA, LCPC, EMDR

    Co-owner and psychotherapist at Illuminate Therapy & Wellness in Palatine. Professional experience includes an outpatient wellness clinic, a behavioral health hospital, and private practice. Combined, her experiences provided her with extensive knowledge working with individuals seeking psychological support and wellness. She utilizes Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness-based practices (MBCT), Psychodynamic Theory, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

  • Maria Dellanina, RDN

    Registered Dietitian who helps clients increase the balance and variety in their food choices to enable them to achieve their ultimate health goals. Completed her Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Dominican University and her Dietetic Internship through Cal Poly - San Luis Obispo. Maria has worked in food product development and private and group nutrition counseling for general nutrition, chronic disease prevention, and weight management.

  • Megan Buttera, RYT-200, MELT Instructor

    Practiced yoga for many years to alleviate stress, anxiety, and tension. In 2017, she earned a yoga teacher certification through Pulsation Yoga in Arlington Heights. Since then, she has continued to practice and study to improve her skills as a yoga teacher including becoming certified in Restorative Yoga through Judith Hanson Lasater. She taught yoga at Northwest Wellness Group for over four years and now works full-time as a public librarian. In her free time, she enjoys art, reading, yoga, weight lifting, and nature hikes.

  • Julie Springer, MD

    Received her B.A. degree from St. Louis University with a major in Biology. A 2011 graduate of the University of Minnesota Medical School. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago, during which she served as Chief Resident in Ob-Gyn. She is a current ACOG member as well as a member of the AMA. She has held a past position as an ACOG reporter, indulging in her love for fact finding and writing. She is on staff at Northwest Community Hospital where she brings her laparoscopic expertise to their Obstetrics & Gynecology Department.
